Welcome to Fairy Hair Sparkle Bar. By booking an appointment, engaging our services, or using our website, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Professional Service Description
Fairy Hair Sparkle Bar provides professional hair tinsel application using high-quality, heat-resistant strands. Our Certified Goddess Glitter Pros utilize a specialized hand-tying technique. This process involves no glues, chemicals, or beads.
2. Payment and Pricing
Individual Sessions: Strands are $2 each with a 10-strand ($20) minimum.
Event Packages: Pricing for Pixie Parties and Bachelorette Bashes is determined by the specific package selected at the time of booking.
Texas Sales Tax: All services and products are subject to applicable Texas state and local sales tax.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because our Pros travel and schedule specifically for your transformation, we enforce the following:
Individual Appointments: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Parties & Special Events: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made within the 7-day window are non-refundable.
4. SMS/Mobile Messaging (A2P Compliance)
By providing your mobile phone number at checkout, you opt-in to receive recurring automated and personalized marketing and informational text messages (e.g., appointment reminders and sparkle updates) from Fairy Hair Sparkle Bar.
Consent: Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any text message sent from us.

Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Privacy: We value your privacy. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Hair Preparation and Liability
Client Prep: To ensure the longevity of the strands, clients must arrive with freshly washed, 100% dry hair that is free of heavy oils, leave-in conditioners, and dry shampoo. If the Pro determines hair is too oily or damp to safely tie, the appointment fee remains non-refundable.
Shedding Policy: Fairy Hair is tied to a single strand of natural hair. It will last only as long as that hair stays in your scalp. As hair sheds naturally every day, we do not offer refunds or free replacements for strands that fall out due to the natural hair growth cycle.
Liability Waiver: The Client agrees to hold Fairy Hair Sparkle Bar and its owners harmless from any claims regarding natural hair shedding or scalp sensitivity.
6. Mobile Service (Amarillo, TX & Surrounding Areas)
For mobile events, the host must provide a safe, well-lit environment and two adult-sized chairs. We reserve the right to leave a site if the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, with no refund provided.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Potter County, Texas.
